4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.
Shipping options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout. Please note, these are estimates and delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or courier capacity.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty for any manufacturing defects.

To request a return or refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable
• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement if eligible. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
