30-Day Warranty

All our bottles are backed by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or used items due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
  • We will assess and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if eligible

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the error is ours
